July 1614, 12 James 1 Letters patent confirming Henry Davison`s gift to
his son Henry Davison of the following lands, and pardoning to Henry Davison
the father this alienation which had been made without royal license.
Mansion House called Pittes Place, in Freshford, Somerset with out-houses
belonging; also 46 acres of arable land lying in the common fields, and
a number of pastures, meadows and woods (names and acreage given), all
in Freshford and Woodwickes, in Somerset. Also a house , cottage and tenement
in Freshford, with 6 acres and a meadow called Symons.
