QUESTIONNAIRE
PETER HOCKENHILL will be circulating a questionnaire in October to the village for all, children, teens and adults to fill in. It will cover all sorts of general activities that people from the village may want to take part in. We already think we have a great little village, thanks a lot to our mighty Fete and the other activities but not everyone may feel included, especially newcomers and our small teenage population. But this is an opportunity for everyone to state what they would like from, or indeed what they can offer to, the village and its current structures such as the Memorial Hall and the Millennium Green. We hope to encourage interest from all and not those who already are regular attenders of the church, pubs and the clubs that already use the Memorial Hall. The survey has been pre-empted a little by the recently emerging interest in a Hinton Youth Club but should still be able to contribute to the activity already started. Please take an interest and try and encourage your neighbours to participate. Further copies will be available from the Hinton Post Office and when completed should be returned either to Peter in Fairmount, Branch Road, or to Roger Jacob at the Post Office by the end of October. The results of the survey will be made available to all, and especially the Parish Council, Memorial Hall and emerging Youth Club.

Table Top Sale
THE September sale was in aid of The Dorothy House Hospice and although it was a very quiet morning, we were able to donate £88 to the Hospice. Thank you to all those who donated and attended.
