We started the new year with the distribution of the seed orders and to help us on our way, the lecture was on successful seed sowing. Carl Gill, from Lackham College, gave us a very detailed demonstration of how to get the best from our seeds and gave us tips for making the job easier.
Our February meeting will be a talk by Mrs. Rosemary Langdon about Blackmore and Langdon Nursery .She will be talking about its history and its present work and about the displays of delphiniums and begonias for which it is well-known at Chelsea.
