At our Annual General Meeting in March we heard the sad news that our Chairman, Captain Marlow, will be leaving the area to live near his family in Gloucestershire. He and his wife Nan have been active members for many years and we will all miss them both. Hugh Wright was elected Chairman in
his stead. The 'business' part of the evening was followed by a demonstration of willow and hazel weaving. Members tried their hands at making rings and several felt emboldened to think of going on Sandy Corke's course which she will be running in the village.

Our April meeting will be on 2nd April and will be a talk on Euphorbias.
