Have & either of them hath granted enforced delivered & confirmed and by those present does either of them both grant enforce deliver & confirm unto the said Richard Dicke & George Dicke their heirs & assignees for ever. Messuages or tenements and one and half yards of land with its appertenure situate lying and being in Stoke in the said County of Wiltshire now or late in the tenure or occupation of Edward White and his Assignees and all that Messuage or Tenement and one and half yards of land and one Cottage and certain lands called Overlands with their and every of their appertenures situated lying & being in Stoke aforesaid now or late in the tenure ….. And all that messuage or tenement and one and half yards with its appertenure situated & being in Stoke aforesaid now or late in the tenure or occupation of John Longe or his assignees. And the reversions remainder & remainders yearly profits rents and services reserved upon whatsoever demise or granted demises or grants here unto made or granted of the said several messuages or tenements, cottages & premises several of them, And all such and the like commons of pasture and feedings for cattle & sheep in the waste grounds & fields of Stoke and Mitford alias Mydford aforesaid or else where, And all such time & times and in such forth manner & form as at any time hence forth were used & accustomed to be taken to & the said several messuages, tenements & cottages and premises or any part or parcel thereof whilst the same were customary lands or held by Soppit of Court Roll To Have and to hold the said several messuages or tenements , Lands ,meadows feedings pastures domons, domons of pasture & all other the premises with their appertenure unto the said Richard Dicke & George Dike & their heirs and assignes foe ever to the use & benefit of the said Richard Dicke & George Dicke & their heirs and assignees for ever to the use & Behoose of the said Richard Dicke and George Dicke and their heirs and assignees for ever. And the said Earl & Countesse of Clanricard for themselves and the said messuage tenement , lands, meadows, pastures, feedings, domons, domons of pasture and all other the premises with their appertenures unto the said Richard Dicke & George Dicke their heirs & assignes against them the said Earl & Countess of Clanricard and Lady Frances their heirs & assignes shall and will from henceforth forever hereafter warrant & defend by their presense: And the said Sir Henry Pelverton for himself and his heirs - the said messuages, tenements, lands, meadows, pastures, feedings, Domons & Domons of pasture and all other the premises & appertenures to the said Richard Dicke & George Dicke and their heirs & assignes against him the said Henry and his heirs and assignes shall and will from henceforth for ever hereafter warrant & defend by their presents. And the said Richard Hadson for himself and his heirs the said several messuages tenements, lands, meadows, pastures, feedings, domons, domons of pasture and all the other the premises with appertenures unto the said Richard Dicke their heirs & assignes against him and the said Richard Hadson his heirs & assignes shall and will from henceforth for ever after warrant & defend by their presents : and the said Walter Pyt for himselfr and his heirs the said messuages tenements , lands, meadows, pastures, feedings, domons & domons of pasture and all other the premises with appertenures unto the said Richard Dicke & George Dicke their heirs & assignes against him the said Walter Pyt his heirs and assignes shall and will from henceforth for ever after warrant & defend by their presents And the said Earl & Countess of Claniricard & Henry Pelverton, Richard Hadson & Walter Pyt have..
